Publication Opportunities

Selected articles will be published in Scopus-indexed proceeding, with an additional fee.

Scopus-indexed publication – rigorous review, high visibility. Additional fee applies as per conference policy.

Optional Cover Letter for Journals

Authors can request an official support letter from the committee to facilitate journal submission after the conference.

All accepted & presented papers are eligible for Scopus track (additional fee)

Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other publication.
✓
Authors must follow the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
✓
Papers must be written in English and prepared using the official INTAN-HANDIL 2026 template.
✓
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Scientific Committee.
✓
The maximum similarity index is 20%, excluding references and properly cited quotations.
✓
Authors may submit only one paper as the corresponding author; additional participation as a co-author is permitted.
✓
Participants who do not intend to publish must still submit an abstract for presentation consideration.
✓
Registration fees are payable after abstract acceptance. Publication fees, if applicable, are payable only after paper acceptance.
✓
Authors must provide active email and telephone/WhatsApp contact information for all conference communications.
✓
Any withdrawal, correction, or authorship changes must be communicated to the Editorial Committee before the final submission deadline.
✓
Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee publication. Final publication decisions are subject to peer review, editorial evaluation, and E3S Web of Conferences requirements.
✓
The official language of the conference and publication is English.
